Plan: The activity log and recovered carts are available on every plan. Open and click rates are shown on Growth and Enterprise.

How it helps

See which carts were followed by an order after an alert.

Find weak subjects or messages and improve them.

See failed sends straight away, with the error.

Where to find it

Go to Settings → Email alerts.

The summary shows Recovery emails, 30 days, Opened / clicked, Recovered carts, 30 days and Recovered revenue, 30 days.

Scroll to Recent alerts and emails to see the last 25 sends. Each one has a status: Sent, Opened, Clicked, Converted, Skipped or Failed, with the reason when there is one.

How to read the numbers

Open and click tracking applies to recovery emails to shoppers, not team alerts.

Open rates are estimates. Some email apps block tracking images, so opens are missed. Others load images automatically, so opens are counted that never happened. Treat clicks and orders as the more reliable signals.

Converted means a linked order was found during the recovery check for recent alerts. That check looks back over the previous 14 days of alerts and may not capture every conversion. It does not prove the email caused the sale. Recovered revenue uses the cart value saved with an alert, not the final order total. Team, Slack or Klaviyo alerts can also contribute recovered-cart results, so this is not email-only attribution.

Troubleshooting

Everything is Skipped: usually "No marketing consent". See Recovery emails to shoppers.

Failed: the error tells you what to fix. Usually it's the sender API key or From email.
