<h2>How it works</h2>
Cart Whisper checks for qualifying carts every 10 minutes. A cart qualifies when:
- its total is at or above your Minimum cart value,
- it has been idle for at least your After idle for time (15 minutes to 7 days),
- it meets your Minimum items setting and the Only B2B (company) carts setting, if you turned either on,
- it hasn't become an order, and it isn't flagged as a bot cart or hidden.
Each notification channel is attempted once per cart for each rule. Checks are scheduled every 10 minutes, but processing and delivery delays can make alerts later than that. Carts that went idle more than 24 hours past your idle time aren't alerted.

<li>Under When it's sent, enter a Minimum cart value and choose an After idle for time.</li>
<li>Optional: set Minimum items, or tick Only B2B (company) carts.</li>
<li>Under Who gets it, tick Email my team.</li>
<li>Add up to 5 email addresses under Team recipients. If you leave this empty, alerts use your configured support/ticket email, or your store email if no support email is configured.</li>
<li>Turn on Alerts on, then click Save. The summary at the top shows Is it active?, Who gets it? and When is it sent?</li>
<li>Under Preview and test, click Send test team alert. The test email has [TEST] in the subject and uses a sample cart.</li>

The alert shows the cart total, the items, the shopper's name and email (when known) and a link to open the cart in Cart Whisper. If you reply to the alert, your reply goes to the shopper's email address when we know it.
