Plan: Growth and Enterprise.

How it helps

You get fewer alerts for carts you can't fulfil.

You can use a separate rule for each market, with its own subject and discount.

Set it up

In Settings → Email alerts, find Filter alerts by country in the main rule, or inside any extra rule.

Choose Only these countries or All except these countries. All countries turns the filter off.

Under Add countries, search for and add countries.

Click Save.

Good to know

Pick at least one country, otherwise the filter is ignored.

With Only these countries, carts with an unknown country are skipped. With All except these countries, they're still alerted.

The country is the one Cart Whisper recorded for the cart, which may not match the shipping address.

Troubleshooting

Fewer alerts than expected: many carts may have no country recorded. Try All except these countries instead.
