<p>For each rule, you'll see how many emails and alerts it sent, plus recovered carts and their value. Open and click rates are shown on Growth and Enterprise. The recovery check looks for an order linked to a cart with an alert from the previous 14 days. It is a recent-alert lookback, not a guarantee that every order is captured or that an email led to the purchase. The value shown comes from the cart value saved with the alert, not the final order total. A cart can appear in more than one rule's results, so do not add the rule totals together. A recovered cart isn't proof that the email caused the sale.</p>

<li><strong>A shopper got two emails:</strong> two rules matched the same cart. Different minimum values or idle times do not make rules mutually exclusive: a large cart can qualify for both. ## Set it up
