Plan: Growth and Enterprise.

How it helps

Your team sees big idle carts in a Slack channel they already use.

Each post shows the cart value, the shopper (or "Guest shopper"), the country, the rule and up to 5 items.

You may need a Slack workspace admin. The URL starts with
https://hooks.slack.com/
; treat it as a secret.

In Cart Whisper, go to Settings → Email alerts → Integrations and tick Post alerts to Slack.

Paste the URL into Slack incoming webhook URL and click Save.

For extra rules, tick Slack on each rule that should post.

Good to know

Each cart is posted once per rule, with the same 10-minute checks as email alerts.

The Open in Cart Whisper button opens your Shopify admin apps page, not the specific cart.

The post is a notification only. Cart Whisper doesn't track who in Slack is handling a cart. Agree in your team how you'll claim carts, for example with an emoji reaction or a thread reply.

Posts can contain shopper names and email addresses. Use an appropriately restricted channel, and check your team's data-handling requirements.

Troubleshooting

You see "Review Slack settings": the webhook was removed or the channel was archived. Create a new webhook, paste it and save.

"Slack webhook URL must start with https://hooks.slack.com/": paste the incoming webhook URL, not a channel link.
